I would stop the video at contact and draw line to see where the eyes were looking. Most of the time it was from 8 to 10 feet out in front of the plate. So if you can not see contact then you are literally swinging for where you think the ball is going to be. In truth it is a guess. There are two ways to hit better. Make sure your bat and hands stay together during the swing and guess better!
